NICE Recently Acquired San Diego-based MindTouch

San Diego-based MindTouch is a knowledge management software company that focuses on improving customer experience. NICE, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform specializing in the customer engagement space, found a great fit for MindTouch within their company — acquiring them just about a week ago. Financial information was not disclosed.
