San Diego-based MindTouch is a knowledge management software company that focuses on improving customer experience. NICE, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform specializing in the customer engagement space, found a great fit for MindTouch within their company -- acquiring them just about a week ago. Financial information was not disclosed.

Hyperice has acquired RecoverX in preparation for the launch of a “new category of recovery technologies.”
Hyperice is an Irvine-based company specializing in recovery and movement enhancing technologies. RecoverX is the San Diego-based developer of a knee brace that delivers hot and cold therapeutic temperatures with the touch of a button.
The founders of RecoverX will be joining Hyperice ahead of a product launch expected this summer.

Qualcomm bought Nuvia, a two year old startup responding to the increasing technological demand with silicon chips. Its three founders all worked on the chip fundamental to Iphone and Ipad function. These engineers will join the Qualcomm team and likely help them grow in the 5G space.
