Apple to Increase Engineering Team in San Diego

Apple is looking to increase its number of employees in the San Diego area, with plans to hire software and hardware engineers. This plan is part of the tech giant’s blueprint to invest $430 billion and add 20,000 new jobs across the U.S. by 2026. 

Apple’s San Diego team is projected to focus on wireless technology. Originally slated to hire only 1200 new employees, the company has shifted that number up by 315% –to 5,000. Read more here
